Does not list some of the basic rules like how to decide who serves first or how many times each person serves before before giving up the serve.

It is indeed laminated so while the paper is 11 x 17 in size it will not fit into a frame intended for that size paper unless you trim around the paper with scissors or an Exacto knife. The paper is not high quality stock and is not as bright white as it could be so the small text does not pop. While it does fulfill its purpose and I did get it trimmed and in a frame, it is probably not worth the premium price I paid and I would not recommend it to others.
