I was looking at all the different types and read these are the ones that Roller Rinks Etc use. Further they have the setting to adjust the size to fit over the shoe and the ability level. Wheels not rolling, wheels only going forward, and free wheels. Just like the ones from my childhood and the ones that I took my cousins on. They worked perfectly with my two year old son. Can't wait for him to get a bit bigger and actually be able to use them.

I was a huge roller skater in my high school days and so when my friends had a skate party for their daughter I was all in. I took my son and he really liked it. So I went on the search for Spider-Man colored skates. They were perfect for him. He was 2yo when we got them and he is not 3 and still loves them. He has so much fun jumping in them surprisingly. We put stickers all over them and made them his own style. They fit perfectly over a sneaker. It is easy to adjust them to the shoe size you need. When we got them my son was an 8 and now he is almost a 10. They seem comfortable. He doesn’t complain and he is definitely one who will let you know if he doesn’t like anything about his clothes and accessories.

Very durable. Perfect for new skaters. We have passed these down from kid to kid because they are just that long lasting. They are very cost effective, especially when going to the rink. I love that they adjust in size so that my 1 year old and 4 year old can both use them.

Comments on many other Amazon toddler roller skates were not very favorable. We asked our local roller rink what they used as their toddler rentals and these are it! They are just right for very beginner skaters as they don't roll very much when on the rink carpeting. Our little one hasn't gotten enough confidence to go out on the rink yet but these will continue to be perfect for him! Best part, no screaming because we don't have to give the skates back when we are finished!

These adjustable skates are awesome. My toddler loves them and felt really secure in them. Great quality. I’d just lose the genders on the box design. Only thing different are the colors. I have purchased them as a gift for a friend’s toddler as well and am very happy with the product

Been teaching young children how to roller skate for 8 years now, and by far these are the best starter skates for the real little ones (3-4 years old). They adjust size and clamp over the kids shoes, allowing them to continue to be used as the young one grows their shoe size.They have 3 wheel adjustments underneath, with a red slider bar. Full lock of all wheels, or just allowing the wheels to roll forward, or completely free rolling wheels. This allow the young one to walk on a carpet, and learn their balance, then safely roll forward only on the roller rink, and finally be able to skate like the big kids.Once they get to where they can skate like the big kids, then start looking at better skates !Worth the money, well made !
