We have had this oven for less than 3 years and the oven has stopped working. It also does not cook evenly. Fot the price it should have lasted longer.

This is a semi professional stove. So semi professional or just good cooks, this is for you! People complaining about the uneven baking are just flat out wrong. If you do your research and maybe read a little bit you can figure out exactly what you’re doing wrong.First to pre heat, turn the oven knob to “high bake” and your desired temp. This turns on both heating elements and warms the oven very quickly. The blue light will come on when the oven reaches proper temp. Once the blue light goes off, again turn the oven knob to either conv bake ( convection bake), low bake, high broil, or low broil. People are idiots and leave the upper heating coil on during the high back setting and burning their food. Duhh!!!As for the gas burners….there are 6 different options and sizes for your needs. No complaints about those!! One can go from screaming hot from the biggest burner to a very very low simmer.Overall, I’m supper happy that I invested in this stove for my family. I can’t be any happier with it.

Awesome looking and appearance of heavy-duty/commercial. Guests think it is a $15K Nancy Pelosi stove. The burners are unusually high and hot. Too much to simmer. I use the cast iron wok adapter to raise pots off the flame. I wanted a high output stove for woking and searing steaks, etc just like a commercial stove. You can also buy pot raisers diffusers online to simmer. The oven is a problem: The racks are only 14.5 inches deep so forget a large pizza or pan. The racks get jammed and fall apart which is dangerous. One of my racks was broken out of the box. There is a rail across the back that has a big gap under it so if you use a pizza peel like I do it pushes the entire pizza off the back onto the hot oven floor. What a mess!No-frills except an oven light. No timers, temp probes, indicators, or other lights or readouts. The control knobs are hard to see without bright light and a magnifier.Uneven heat in the oven burns things. The upper element slopes down and burns the top of things in the center and rear. you have to rotate pans a lot but the center still gets burned as a convection oven should prevent. If you are cooking a medium to large turkey you have to set the rack very low due to proximity to the sagging upper element leaving no room for casserole dishes. You hear a lot of creaking, popping banging due to expanding metal of the oven.YOU are the self-cleaning feature as you have to climb in the oven to clean. Use a large cookie sheet with foil to catch drips on the lower rack. Don't use foil as it reflects heat away from the food if placed on the floor of the oven. Sometimes I put just foil on the lower rack to catch drips.

While this oven and range look great, we have been so disappointed with it. The range top has a wide range of sizes and power burners, but the openings are too large for our tea pot, which easily falls off balance. Also, if a recipe requires simmering, the "low" setting never gets low enough so the bottom of our pans are constantly being scorched and the food burns. We are even less happy with the oven. It takes FOREVER to pre-heat (about 30-45 minutes) and the oven cooks very unevenly. It is absolutely necessary to turn the pan a couple of times during baking or the back will burn. There have also been several occasions when cooking a frozen meal (eg orange chicken), the outside burns and the inside remains frozen. I really hate this oven and wish we had splurged for an LG or Viking.

I love the range, great quality and have never had a problem using it. The only problem is the black top will get 'stains' if you read the website on how to clean. ANY acid including vinegar, salts, tomato sauces, lemon will ultimately lead to what looks like dull discolorations. Worst yet is not it seems in my trying to get rid of those dull spots, I let windex with vinegar sit for a while and did not know BEFORE that this would actually make my issue worse. Now all of the black looks DULL!!!!My only way around this now is once I clean ,use a soft cloth and spray it with some olive oil spray to make it look 'shined' It's a shame this is even possible with an otherwise great stove.
