I believe my bolts were changed by the previous owner and they just used regular hardware store bolts, so I can't say they are also direct replacement. They seem to be OEM bolts, but I believe that the OEM wasn't threaded all the way to the end. Either way they worked out better than what I had on my 2016 Escalade.
