This nutmeg grater does the job neatly. Looks good, but much more importantly it works well. Fair price too.

This thing works pretty good, is of solid design and materials, but delivers a very small amount of finely shaven nutmeg with each turn. Would rather get more nutmeg and larger pieces with each turn.

I can't get my money back, but maybe I can save you your's! Ipurchased this mill because my old one broke, the top of it was plastic, so I thought all metal. This mill does not shave your nutmeg with any speed. If you are only using to garnish your egg nog it's fine, but for baking where you need 1, 2, 3, 5 tsp forget this one. I ended up getting out the microplaner. Spent time and money. And I am still in need of a good nutmeg mill.

Super Muskatnuss Mühle da ich ein leichtes Handikap mit meinen Händen habe ist die Mühle optimal für mich. Mann kann noch Nüsse verstauen das ist sehr praktisch und der Preis passt sehr gut .Kann die Mühle mit guten gewissen weiterhelfen.

The grind is quite consistent - a good size for topping lattes or deserts - however this is quite slow compared to a grater or a crank powered grinder. If you're using this to grate/grind a teaspoon of nutmeg for baking, be patient and be prepared to get a good wrist workout.

I left one star because you have to leave a star. I forgot to read the reviews. I never would’ve bought it if I had read the reviews. I tried the grater on my custard pie and had to give up and go back to my rasper. I ordered the grater because I was afraid I’d hurt myself with the rasper but it sure does a better job. I’ll just be careful.
