Couldn’t get it to work might have been the cameras bought a couple Poe cameras still not workingLooked like a nice unit just couldn’t get it to work and didn’t have time to keep working with it

Video quality is not bad but the big issue is with the connectivity. Every time you have to restart the whole system to view the camera. Wasted my couples of days setting up.

This is better than the old nvr system. I have had some issues with cameras and the old style zosi system. This new system with the updates and new cameras seems to be working fine.

After owning this for 6 years I forgot password. Customer service was very helpful on getting into system. Lady stayed on phone until everything was 100%.

I’ve used this system for a few years. I’ve loved the system and it’s been great for my business. Recently I messed up some settings and was having issues. I reached out to customer support and I would like to Publicly thank Carol at customer support for being very patient with me. She spent a lot of time walking me through the necessary steps to finally get my security cameras working correctly again. She was very helpful and I couldn’t of done it without her.

Bought another 16 channel NVR at first that was broken. However I bought this one that functioned better.
