Install A New Battery:
1, You need to turn off your laptop and disconnect the power.
2, Disconnect the connection between the old battery and the motherboard to avoid unnecessary damage caused by disassembling the battery. Then unscrew the old battery screws one by one and carefully save each screw.
3, Remove the old battery, carefully install the new battery on the battery case, screw in the screw, and connect the wiring of the new battery.

ZTHY laptop battery instruction:
1.Discharge the new battery use to 5%(not to 0%) and then charge to 95%, and cycle 3-4 times.
2.Do not disassemble, crush or puncture. Do not dispose of in fire or water.
3.If you remove battery for a long time, charge more than 80% at least one time within one months.
4.Don't connect adapter for a long time while using the battery. It may damage the battery.
5.When using the battery, care should be taken to prevent exposure and moisture.
The following are troubleshooting methods:
1.Turn off the laptop.
2.Unplug AC power.
3.Remove the battery.
4.Replace AC power.
5.Turn on laptop,allow OS to boot.
6.Once logged in to the machine,perform a normal shut donw.
7.Unplug AC power.
8.Replace battery.

Purchased this to replace my OEM Latitude 7400 2-in-1 battery that had lived its life well. Removed original, replaced with ZTHY NF2MW. All went well, easy install. Followed the initiation process and all was working fine - until it didn't. About 6 weeks into using it, it no longer charges fully or holds a charge. I must always be plugged in to power. Even if it says there is a charge, if I unplug the system turns off immediately. I'm hoping this is a one-off issue but none-the-less, it's my issue. 2 stars because it did work at first, 3 off because I'm now unable to be portable. Also, 1 year warranty... can't find where to submit for return/replace/refund. Any help would be appreciated.

I have bought over 60 of these batteries. Out of that 60 I had 1 DOA, and 1 bulge after 8 months. Despite these 2 bad out of 60 I'm still marking this down as 5 star rating.The battery life is comparable to the original batteries from the Dell 9365sThe price is right, Dell wants $80+ for theseMy only con is, the packaging of these could be better I have gotten a couple where the tabs are broken off that you use to screw the battery in, but with the xps 13 9365 they aren't all necessary anyway.

Within 10 months it is bulging and causing my laptop keyboard to bulge and malfunction. I have to use an external keyboard.
