Yup, direct fit,, handle is a little different shape, but i like it, and My rubber Boot off from my old one fit perfect. no there is no instructions, but there not needed,, unscrew your end till handle slides in and screw the end back down, you can feel it if you get it in the right spot, as soon as the handle no longer flops around tighten the set screw to lock in place. then bolt in to your buggy with your factory screws and lock nuts. No clue how long it will last, but it don't look or feel any less then factory.

Old one had broke the adjuster handle.decided to try this aftermarket one. I actually like this one better.install was very easy. Handle seems sturdier to me.
