My daughter is a make up artist and she just bought this bag 2 weeks ago. She absolutely loves it, its durable, easy to handle, easy access to her products. It did not come with the pouches BUT the vendor promised to send them as the description says it includes the 5 pouches. Other than that she loves it.

This backpack is very very durable. It fits a lot of stuff. The only item that does not fit is a Trapper type note book. One draw back, it is heavy when full; lifting it in and out of the car requires some muscle, my 12 year old cannot lift it into the trunk of my mini cooper.

Nothing bad to say about this product. Durable. Easy to put together.

The thin insert bag is no match for the two protruding metal screws that the frame has. The screws press against the bag and end up making holes in it through which they rub against whatever you're carrying - in my case, books. The replacements that the people at Zuca sent me all had the same problem. I ended up asking for a refund.

Fantastic bag for use at the gym! I don't use the gym's lockers; I only use this Zuca bag and wheel it directly to the aerobics room to teach my workouts. Lots of pockets. It looks small but amazingly, it can fit a lot of stuff! I put three full changes of clothing, my cycle shoes, three bottles of water, my CD collection, my headset wireless mic, and my choreography notes in this. Solid construction throughout.Note: This bag can get quite heavy if loaded to capacity. This model isn't made for travel in the overhead bin in an airplane. I've seen Zuca offer other bags for carry-on travel. This isn't the one.Update Feb. 9, 2015:I recently purchased a second Zuca bag insert to replace the first one I bought in Nov. 2013. The zipper eventually came apart but it was due to me using the bag literally every day for over a year. The frame is still solid and although it now has some scratches due to all the transporting to/from the gym/car/house, it is still holding up. Many gym instructors have asked me about this bag. I hope this second Zuca bag insert will last for another year.
