I love my milk frother. I have a built-in one for my DeLonghi espresso machine but the lattes were lame so I decided to buy this milk frother. I've been using it daily for a few months and it never disappoints. It's quick, easy to clean, and there's lots of foam....maybe too much foam, but I'm still happy with my latte. I use the cold foam option for my matcha lattes and it is splendid. When I use the hot/warm milk frothing options, I love the smell of the milk. I highly recommend this product as it's reasonably priced, functional, and reliably great.

I haven’t even had this for 2 full months yet and it already stopped working. Mind you, I don’t even use this everyday. I make 1 cortado once a week on the weekend as a treat to myself, so this has literally only been used a total of 8 times before it stopped working. Also, it has never been put in the dishwasher, never been submerged in water, only ever hand washed after use and immediately dried. I normally love Zulay products and seek them out when ordering kitchen gadgets, but this was a huge disappointment.

Love my frother!!! I love that it has a option for hot froth or cold froth, warm milk or hot chocolate.

Product arrived faster than expected and looks very stylish. I had ordered from another company, who after weeks of placing order and waiting, never sent their product. I am glad the other bad experience Ied me to ZULAY! ZULAY is a good company with a very inspirational story.The frother is made of stainless steel outside and non-stick inside. I spoke to company and hope they consider another material for the inside in the future, but for now this will do, as most other frothers offer similar quality and materials.I will stress that the customer service is OUTSTANDING and ZULAY is a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction and that is above and beyond most other companies. Customer service is OUTSTANDING!All material parts are accounted for and clear directions to begin use. The frother has a cold and hot feature that sets them apart from most and an option to froth or just heat.So far I am very satisfied with product and quality.

Update from my last review: 1 month later. I went to turn my frother on for my coffee this morning and it wouldn’t turn on. After doing everything, I realized the cold button works, but not the hot one, which is the one I use. Disappointed now.I usually use the frother on my espresso machine just for milk, but since I mix my latte with protein powder and collagen, I needed something that could handle it all. After trying several hand frothers that couldn’t keep up with the thickness, I finally found this machine—it does everything effortlessly! It even works great for reheating my tea when needed.

I have loved this milk frother for exactly 8 months, then it started acting quirky. We typically only use the hot milk foam button, and always take care to only fill to the max line. Recently, every few times using it, the milk either overflows the container while spinning, or the milk fails to froth at all and is left flat after it shuts off. We are careful to clean the spinning mechanism and whisk gently but thoroughly. Not sure what is going on, but we are disappointed that it hasn't even been a year and this has started failing. I will continue to monitor it for another week or so, then perhaps I'll activate the warranty with the company (Zulay).For a review of the frother itself (aside from the recent quirks), I love it! It has made my morning coffee routine feel like I'm on vacation every day. :)For reference, I purchased this in August 2024 and it gets daily use. It started acting up in April 2025.

No obstante que no calienta mucho la bebida esto se puedo subsanar calentando en el microondas después de usarlo, pero su función de disolver y mezclar con el líquido es excelente. Muy recomendable.
