Love this juicer, it’s a bit heavy and large but I love a good lemon juicer to get all the juice I need ! I use it for any pulpy fruit and I feel it gets every last drop. It’s especially helpful when I use the zest of a fruit first and it’s impossible to squeeze afterwards, it also ensures no seeds get in my food or drinks.

So I have a pomegranate tree now and it produced a lot of fruits! Just didn’t know how to get the juice out of it. I came across this manual juicer. I liked the way it looked. The yellow is nice. The finish makes it very easy to clean. I just put the pomegranate seeds into the cup and press. When using this the seeds press against the plastic strainer. I use a spoon to reorganize them and press them until they are nothing but seeds. Scoop up the seeds and repeat. There’s some padding on the base which keep it from slipping on counters. The press is easy to use. Doesn’t require that much strength. There’s a little spout to pour the juice out too. Didn’t get any seeds in my juice. I say this works nicely. Would be nice if it had a bigger reservoir. It takes some time to juice using this but that’s how a manual juicer works right? Happy with the purchase. For clean up just hand wash with a little soap and rinse. Doesn’t take too much space. The metal is thick but light and sturdy. Haven’t use it for other fruits but I’m sure it’ll be just as easy.Happy juicing!

I was pretty stoked about getting this as, for some reason, plain old grapefruit juice is getting harder and harder to come by (not Ruby Red, just plain old…). So, I figured I'd get so e grapefruits, which seem easy enough to find, (go figure) and squeeze them myself.The first piece I put in was a quarter of the grapefruit. It squished and gushed allup through the mechanism and, while it did “juice,” it sent pulp and juice up and over the sides. So, okay, cut the pieces smaller, I told myself. No difference, still made the mess. On the dourth grapefruit, the metal “hinge” snapped off, rendering the whole think a trash candidate.Upon inspection, it seems this is made from very cheaply constructed metal, with silver plating (which the grapefruit promptly discolored).Ladies, if you have small hands, this is going to be hard to operate for you. It's too big for me to grip and squeeze - it will need to be set on the counter and you will have to lean into it a little. But, the food news is that this will free up one of your hands to catch all the goop that oozes out of the press, from every direction.Don't waste your money on this thing. Use a book instead - you'll get the same results. LOL

This is a great, handy, lightweight, easy to you use, easy to clean and intelligently designed kitchen appliance. I really like the design and can be used by people of all ages. It is great that you can hold it or rest it on a surface and the pouring function is great and allows you to easily use the juicer for a variety of functions without creating extra dirty dishes.my one concern is the durability of the plastic filter. it does a great job catching seeds but as you can see the press puts stress on the filter i wonder how long it will last since if it breaks the juicer will not function properly.but to this point this is a 5-star product for sure.

My heart broke when my Juice-O-Matic (from the 40's) finally pooped out. All the other juice squeezers out there were too big, too expensive, or just plain inadequate. This Zulay works like a dream!!! It's even easier than my old Juice-o-matic, and is easy to clean. I'm thrilled! Plus, it's really cute, looks like an odd creature on my counter.

oranges too large for cup. juice segments overflow. half oranges do not fit in cup. does deliver juice, however.

I give this the highest rating in all categories. Easy to clean means I can pick 3 lemons and make a qt of lemonade, rinse it and have a drink quicker than defrosting a frozen lemonade. Heave duty metal, plastic strainer, and easy to squish the lemon to pulp (if you like it that way.) Excellent buy for the money as well. My research paid off. Buy THIS one!
