Packaging is great and setup was a breeze. Has some easy to follow setup videos by just scanning the QR code on the screen when I took it out the box. Makes great espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes. I find it very odd there isn't just a regular coffee option though. Cleanup of the spent coffee pucks and adding water is very easy. When using milk, you need to stick the tube into a cup of milk. Then when you're done, I like to do a cleaning of the milk tube right away. When you start it up each time, it will clean that as well but I don't want to have milk in the tube overnight or until next time I use it. It would be neat to have a milk container and the machine keeps it refrigerated but I digress. Overall, I recommend it if you want a no fuss cappuccino or latte maker where you don't need to froth the milk yourself or tamp.

This is a very fancy little unit that can really recreate the coffee-shop experience. This is a perfect unit for home or small office and has the power to produce a shot of espresso with the nicest crema I've seen yet from an auto type machine anywhere near this price to value range. The instructions are easy to understand, and set-up is extremely simple. The hopper is easy to access and load as well as the water tank. I actually think I like the detachable milk frothing pod (They include two!) better than my old machines integrated type since it's so much easier with self-cleaning. Every time you turn the machine on it runs a cycle and after each use, so besides emptying the drip tray and emptying the puck bin, maintenance and cleaning is simplified and proactive. The touch screen menu system is tastefully done, and the individual recipes have all you'll need to make just about any coffee drink you'd imagine. There are also personalized profiles that you can set so that up-to 10 people can have their own settings for the 19 different options. This is a real game changer since I do prefer stronger brews than my other family members and this lets us all fine tune each recipe to our liking. There are also hot water and milk steaming setting for those who want to make a cup of tea or other beverage which is nice as well. Only time will tell about the longevity but if the initial results keep up, then this will pay for itself versus trips to the shop pretty quickly.

This is a pretty cool machine. It's hard to argue with having something in your kitchen that will brew you a latte or coffee shop drink with just the push of a single button.Unboxing the thing was pretty easy and didn't really require any instructions. It came mostly assembled, with some spare parts, and basic instructions on how to get it up and running. After filling the water tank and loading my beans, I set about customizing the recipes. I docked a star here because it doesn't appear you can add any new recipes, you just have to use the pre-programmed ones. It doesn't brew just a regular up of coffee. The closest you get is an Americano, which is pretty weak out of the gate. I customized it to a much more favorable flavor and ratio. I did run into a small issue here, where if the machine is on too long between Americanos you'll have to shut it off and on again to get it to brew another one. I'm not sure why this is. It throws an error saying the tubes are blocked, but they're not. A simple restart clears it and it brews fine.If there was one thing I'd change about the machine it'd be the size of the water tank. I think the decision was made to keep it compact, but another inch of space would be worth the sacrifice for a little bit bigger tank. Time will tell if I update this review as the weeks go on, but so far I'm pretty pleased with the functionality and quality of this automatic barista.
