The trampoline itself is fairly easy to put together and fun for kids and adults. But, more impressive is the customer service. We had a storm destroy most of the trampoline after only having it for a couple of weeks and Milka from the Zupapa customer service team was so helpful in helping us replace the broken parts for a very generous discounted price—not once, but twice (!) due totally to our own error in providing the wrong parts numbers. Couldn’t recommend more!

We love this trampoline. My husband was able to assemble this by himself in a couple of hours. He broke a spring during assembly, I messaged the seller and had a replacement spring delivered within a couple of days at no cost to me. I am very impressed with the customer service and the product itself. The trampoline includes a ladder, a mat to go underneath the ladder, a safety net and a tarp to keep the trampoline safe from sun and water damage. I chose this trampoline because of the higher weight limit, the accessories and the concealed springs. The net is on the outside of the springs and the spring cover is sewn onto the bouncy trampoline surface. It is much safer than the trampolines we had when I was a kid with uncovered springs and no safety nets! This was a great Christmas gift for my kids who are 7 & 5. We all have enjoyed jumping on it!

My 3 girls love this trampoline. The color, the size(15 foot), the safety features(netting, spring covers, etc). This gets used daily. We had friends visit for a week and all 7 children “lived” on this thing. I can know without concern that they will all safely have fun. Daughters; 11, 8, and 4.

My family bought this for a surprise birthday gift for my 10-year-old niece. It was a little challenging/frustrating to figure out how to put it together, even with the video/written instructions, but once we figured it out, it all came together perfectly. My niece loves it and it is very sturdy even for us adults to enjoy with her. It seemed expensive but we split the cost between 4 people and has held up throughout the year with all the weather, rain/snow/wind etc.

Well-made trampoline that is very easy to assemble. Took a little over two hours with my 12 year old helping. Make sure you don't have the net inside out, otherwise, it's a breeze!Customer service from the Amazon seller as well as the company was excellent. I only called b/c I thought I had received the wrong color, but the purple actually goes over the blue.My son loves it, his last one was smashed into a tree in a huge windstorm that ripped the anchors out with it! But we got 7 years out of it, and this one is definitely an upgrade! I used the provided anchors as well as additional ones I purchased separately, just in case ;-)Purchased this one as my son is now older, as are his friends, and it has a higher weight capacity. He loves that it's not the standard blue. Looking forward to years of enjoyment from this one!

I purchased the 15Ft trampoline in July of 2022. Right away you can tell that it’s made of quality materials, it’s sturdy and heavy. My kids love it. Comes with detailed instructions and It is so easy to assemble, I actually did it in less than 2 hours with help from my 9 year old daughter. Only mistake I made was that I didn’t anchor it down with the provided spikes, and ended up finding it on the other side of the backyard after a big storm in Chicago with winds over 40mph. 3 of the safety net posts were bent bad. After contacting customer support I got replacements in the mail in less than a week free of charge even though it was my fault for not following the use and maintenance instructions. This company has a customer service that I haven’t send before. I would buy from them again.

We purchased this trampoline for our great granddaughter who is 9. It is large enough for our entire family to use. She and her college age uncle jump on it together and have a great time. I did a lot of research and compared several different manufacturers before I settled on this one and have no regrets. My husband and son put it up in about 2-1/2 hours and had no problems with the instructions. We've had it for about 2 months and so far we have no complaints.

This baby is NOT easy to assemble. Make sure you have plenty of time and 2 relatively strong adults. And bottle of cooking spray and some tape. It's impossible to get the rods through the sleeves of the safety net without getting the Styrofoam all scrunched up without the cooking spray and a little tape. The trampoline is just time consuming because you have to count the springs and the loops to make sure it's spaced evenly, or redo it every time you're off. I wish a few were color coded to speed that part up. We plan to color code 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock when we disassemble to make assembly easier for ourselves next time.
