Don’t waste your money. It’s not a true bunkie board. There’s no solid surface to it. It’s made of weak pallet wood and canvas. It arrived damaged with the canvas torn. It offers no extra support over the slats that are part of the bed frame.

It's a flat board, what else can I say. It seems to support our Purple mattress well. Expensive for what it is.

I wanted a bed that was 27-28 inches tall all in. I also wanted a frame that sat off the floor for under bed storage and that would use a bed skirt. What a nightmare. I found an 11,5 inch mattress, a 14” bed frameand finally found this 1.5 board to get to the height I needed. It came assembled, was easily moved and fit right on the frame….easy peasy. I’m very happy I found it.

I have finally began getting a full night, no back aches, or unfamiliar pains at night, sleep. I've waited so long to have finally found something to go on my bed that just works for me. Not only do I get a good night sleep but there is no longer any dips in my bed. If you're wondering should you, just try it, it may work for you too.

This bunkie board came in one piece, not two. It fit perfectly under a regular twin mattress (not XL). I had asked the question how many slats are in this board and got the answer of 9. No. There are 7 slats. This is not a solid board like plywood and it's not meant to be. Bought this to replace a 15 year old existing bunkie board and got exactly what we had. It does give extra support but not so much you're going to notice it that much. What it will do is extend the life of your mattress double or even triple the time than without one. After reading many reviews, I hope this one will help others!
