This is an excellent silicone wrapping for your Sony ZV-1F it comes with 2 screen protectors as well and honestly I wish I’d got this sooner because needless to say my screen needed a deep cleaning from all the smudge marks. The screen protector does not affect the touch screen at all unless your wearing gloves I did find that out and even with latex mechanics gloves were still too thick for it to recognize with the screen protector installed.The screen itself without the screen protector wasn’t very responsive with the gloves either so be mindful of that.The silicone wrap is labeled so if you are not familiar with your camera and all its buttons you won’t have to memorize them with this case.I don’t feel it will protect it from drops completely however it will aid in preventing damage some protection is better than none and in my environment of recording I need all the protection I can get. I record in a shop by the way.Overall a really great add on to your camera and best of all it doesn’t affect air flow this camera stayed cool even with ambient temps above 75°F so I highly recommend this case!PS the photo with the screen open is a shadow it kinda looks like the silicone wrap is torn or warped but that is a shadow casting from the rode wireless go 2 cable. Also forgot to mention the cold shoe mount is still accessible and works as it should.
