I recently made a purchase after conducting extensive research, but I am highly disappointed with the functionality of the product. Right from the initial setup, we encountered a recurring issue where the ball would get stuck, requiring constant manual intervention every minute to move the ball up the stack for delivery. I am baffled as to why it is even labeled as a "reboot" device. At this point, I am considering returning it as it fails to meet our expectations and does not justify the amount of money I paid for it.

This thing is fantastic fun. Set up is simple and it's much lighter than I expected. Once set up, it takes a little getting used to, but is terrific once you get the hang of it. My game is getting MUUUUCH better, just playing 10-15 mins per day, with the help of my trusty training partner and a few ping pong training videos on Youtube. It's a great way to take a mental break between otherwise endless video conference calls.So far, my only complaint is that balls roll under the portion of the net that wraps around the side of the table. I fixed that by using packing tape to secure the net to the table. That would be very annoying if I had to take it off and put it back on frequently, but so far I have been able to just leave it in place so it's not a big deal for me -- but may be annoying for others.

The head is stuck in one position and does not respond to the inputs from the remote. According to the product manual, the motor head is broken and needs replacement. In contact with company for a return or replacement. Will update once things are settled.

PositivesSet up is extremely easy and simpleMany adjustments levels to individualize ball returnSeems to be made well, net is well designed, very few balls get caught behind the net and machineLoading and unloading of balls is very reliableNegativesWritten English Directions are very confusion and not descriptive enough. Video instructions set to music and same issueFor serves (bounce on both sides), it works ok but many when using the slower settings, many times, the ball wouldn’t make it over the netFor direct shorts (direct bounce over the net), biggest issue, unless setting is set lighting fast, balls will not make it over the net. It seems like the head cannot be adjusted with enough vertical angleOn Most settings, balls just pop out of head and bounce away shortEven though there is a power off button on the remote which is shared with pause and play button, remote will not power down so I just take out the batteries each time. It works very well but does have some flaws (it may be due to my not knowing how best to operate it. When I set the forward spin above 3 with 1 or 2 back spin mostthe serves go of my side off the table. I'm getting some good practice in and am enjoying it a lot.
