It's the exact replacement for what I was looking for, I didn't need to change the plug.I've ordered the same ones and brand in the past and they've lasted a long time, so I assume these will too, I only installed one of them, the rest were for stock.

I bought these for my symbol scanners for my business. First battery lasted a little over 2 years with daily use. Just used second battery that came with my original purchase in 2017. I'm going to order another set so I have a spares. I would recommend these for the price they did the job well. Only reason it's not 5 stars is I would have liked to get a little more time before went bad.

Works good, but not a very long battery life (I've bought these multiple times, and they are usually good for about a year of everyday use with daily recharges).
