This carpet rake is a life saver! I have two cats and they shed so much. Even my vacuum can't keep up with their hair! This also can be adjusted for your height! But back to the rake, wow, even after I vacuumed, I take this across my floors and I have a grocery bag full of hair still! It also comes with this handy tool to help clean it out and it gets all the hair out too! I even use this on my bed, couch, pretty much everywhere!

I am using this broom on my back porch which has been overtaken by maple tree helicopter seeds. It works great. I can also use the flat side to squeegee off any standing water.

This carpet rake is fantastic. If you have a pet, this is the thing to get. It helps get every small item that gets buried in your carpet, whether it be hair or stuffing from stuffed animals. I like to use this before I vacuum to make sure that my carpet is as clean as possible. I also use this rubber rake on my hardwood floors. A lot of times when I sweep, dog hair just flies everywhere and I'm never able to get it all, with this rake I don't have that problem. In addition it's easy to clean. for the most part excess hair doesn't stick to the rake and anything that does stick to it is easily removed by running it under water.This item is well worth the price point. It has an adjustable handle and is so easy to use. I highly recommend.

This pet hair carpet rake is my new favorite tool! It's so easy to use, it's almost fun. It's more like a push broom than a rake, with rows of thick silicone-like "bristles" that really grab the hair. My vacuums work well enough to pick up loose hairs, but it seems like suction alone isn't enough to get out a hair that's embedded in a carpet loop. This rake does a good job of pulling those stubborn hairs out without too much effort. It doesn't remove 100% of embedded hairs, but it's good enough to keep my dog-hairy back door mat in service awhile longer instead of throwing it away.Using the broom is easy. I push down gently, taking maybe 6-10 strokes per section. The handle comes in four short pieces that screw together, a bit springy but sturdy enough for this purpose. After use, static cling causes some loose hairs and dust to cling to the rubbery bristles, but those are easily wiped or rinsed off.It is excellent on looped carpets (which are destroyed by metal carpet rakes), and also works very well on short napped rugs. An included microfiber cloth can be attached for use on hard surfaces, but I have other tools for that so I didn't try it.This carpet rake makes having a heavy shedder a lot easier!

This carpet rake is truly something special. I have some area rugs, walk-in mats, and a lot of tile in my home. This cleans it all. The tile is nearly white, with very light grout, and dust and debris can easily be seen. This rake is like the ultimate squeegee, and holds onto everything it touches. I used it on an area rug that gets frequent attention from my cat, and it pulled out enough fur to make another cat. There are two sides to this rake, and both are great at sweeping away messes. The only caveat is that there are no instructions in the box. It's just twist it together and give it a go. This is hands down my favorite floor cleaning tool to keep the tile clean between mopping sessions. I look forward to years of service from this rake. And they will be clean years.

Finally a carpet rake that can wrestle the fur coming off the 2 goldens to a draw. No other one I have tried even comes close. It lifts the fur off welcome mats, flat nap carpet and even a medium plush carpet. Also works on bare floors. You still have to pick the hair up, but that's a lot easier to do once it's off the carpet. It does take some effort; it's harder than sweeping a bare floor; you have to put your back into it a bit. At first the handle seems a bit flimsy, but you can twist to tighten it; I might need to replace the handle eventually.
