We stock a wide variety of fasteners ideal for many applications arround the home, farm, business, automotives, and in industry. Most of our fasteners have a light zinc plating over steel giving a more rust resistant finsh. We also sell coated and stainless products for additional rust resistance. We stock many grades of fasteners ranging from low carbon steel on up to hardened, heat treated steel. Not all fasteners are applicable for all applications so be certain to test thouroughly and get the opinion of a licensed building or certified building or structural engineer before relying on these fasteners for any situations where failure would result in damage to property or person.

I have used this style of straight-fluted vinyl anchors in concrete for decades and find that they hold better than lead or plastic-ribbed ones. I have even had more success with these than Tapcons which tend to strip out too easily if you over-tighten them. In fact, these are a great fix for a stripped out Tapcons. Just drill out the concrete to the next size, insert one of these, and then reinstall the Tapcon. Unfortunately, these anchors are usually not stocked at local hardware stores, so I was happy to find them at Amazon.

Just what I needed to mount bathroom accessories and pictures on the wall. I used a 1/4” drill bit and a light tap with a hammer got them in the hole. I feel all my items are securely hung!

i used these 30 years ago. when old timers were still using lead anchors. they are still exactly the same as these were 30 years ago. they are stronger then they look. i usually use #6 Sheetrock screws, even though i think they say #8 can be used. . these anchors are strong enough to break them every time at any length, if you aren't careful. with 30 years exp, ill never use anything else unless under extraordinary circumstances. example would be here in Florida... Cement block walls, furring strip or 2/by, then Sheetrock... cant promise mount perfection in cement block that you cant see, so no guarantee.

Mainly to be used on concrete or stucco.I will not recommend it on drywall. It works so good that only one anchor placed in the concrete ceiling would hold my weight.

Used to secure rain gutter downspout hanger stripes to wall. I have been installing downspouts for 50 years these work the best hands down.

Bought these to hold shutters on my brick home. Previously used the plastic push in anchors but every year I had to replace several due to breakage. I use these on my window well covers and they work great! Since there were already 1/4" holes drilled I just set these in with a hammer and no more broken fasteners. It states #10-12 screws but #8 will work also since the anchors are compressed when used in 1/4" hole. Since a 5/16" bit is too big the only option is to use the 1/4" bit or use caulk or similar in a 5/16" hole to hold them in which I didn't want to do. A 1/4" hole works good but I would suggest using a #8 screw not a #10 which would be much harder to install. Spend the money for stainless steel screws and you'll be set to go for years!
