Does not close drawers properly. I have to reopen and close again giving a push for full closure. Sticks when trying to close.

One of the four was put together incorrectly at the factory and made it next to impossible to get them apart. Unfortunately I needed to use it and couldn’t wait for a replacement

I bought the 18 inch slides. Installation is very easy and operation is sufficient. The soft close mechanism causes you to pull hard to open the drawer. You have to tug against the mechanism to open. The ball bearing system is ok, but the casing for the ball bearings are weak. So you have to be gentle when refitting the drawing back in the slide. Could have been me, but it is pretty thin casing and ball bearings fell out.There is a black plastic start rail at the end of the slide and the ball bearing carriage has to be up against this when you insert the matching drawing slide. If the ball bearing assy is in the middle or not at the insert end , the drawer slide has a tendency to slip under the ball bearing carriage and bend the casing.
