My daughter wanted to make the trendy $20 Dubai chocolate bar (Pistachio Kataifi Chocolate Bar) herself. We got the this mold, the pastry for filling, pistachio paste, melting chocolates and we had tahini. For roughly $15 a bar, she made it herself! Saved a whole $5. It was delicious and the mold was perfect (even though she didn’t use enough chocolate on the bottom on her first try). Even with her mistake, the mold was thick and easily held its shape.

The Kashme Store 2 piece Chocolate Bar Mold made in China appears to be correctly described as in the website. While I have not yet tried it, the mold should work for the Dubai Chocolate bar in my future. It is a flexible silicone and hopefully will release the chocolate easily.It did not come with any instructions, either on the website or in the package as to how to demold chocolate. This would have been helpful. The price at the time of order in April 2025 was about $13.00--which is somewhat higher than comparable products.
