This works for me. Have a executive chair for my home office. The strap holds it well and looks ok to me. Very happywith this. Easy to adjust up or down the chair back to rest your head or relief for the nect. The color I chose of brown is a little light for brown, it's a light brown.

THE COLINGMILL Neck Pillow just arrived. It is as I expected. Passing along that the package wrap in bold letter says "THIS IS A SET - DO NOT SEPARATE." There is ONLY one item in the bag. The pillow does have a snap on strap. Is that the other item in the supposed set?I will use it today post my review after using it. So far I can say it is very soft and the type of neck pillow I was looking for and wanted. Many are too firm and/or thick.. This one so far seems to be similar to the one I've used for many years that finally had to be discarded.

I bought this for my mom. She’s currently stuck in a chair awaiting surgery. She absolutely loves the comfort and softness. The pillow stays in place and allows the neck to rest.
