I never knew that I needed a chicken poop scooper until I got this “Large Metal Chicken Coop Scooper.” There are many things to like about this scooper. 1) It is made from stainless steel and easy to hose down. 2) The scooper is more like a rake than a shovel—it lifts and sifts. No more poop falling off the sides of my shovel. 3) It has a comfortable rubber handle. 4) But best of all, I love that the pooper scooper has an adjustable handle. Being tall, the 77” works great for me. Kudos to the manufacturer. I would buy this again.

It does the job. As long as you don’t apply too much pressure to the handle or lift really heavy stuff. I bought to scoop the sand on the chicken droppings tray. The droppings fall through.

What a disappointment! Very small & less than quality materials. To adjust the pole you have to unscrew each section to get the length you need. The basket attachment is very flimsy. It moves and requires tightening.

Great shovel, to use especially in a chicken brooder to scoop out chicken debrisGave 4 star, because the head of this shovel kept loosening, I think because you are limited bulk when picking up debris
