Fits perfectly in our 55gal freshwater filter box. Unfortunately I nabbed these on a whim after taking the appropriate measurements of the filter housing of our filtration system; the markings of the filter system are worn off after years of use. I went out on a limb, and it paid off.

I order these every month. I have a 250-gallon fish tank, and they work amazingly. You just swap them out and put a new one in. Definitely worth the money—it saves time. I would buy these again and again.

Easy and convenient to use when replacing the traditional Tetra Whisper filters. Same water flow, same cleansing ability, and I love that it's pre-loaded...so no more spilling charcoal while trying to get the bag on the plastic frame. Seems to be working very well after a few weeks, water is still clear, and fish didn't seem to notice a difference.

They fit perfectly in my Tetra Whisper PF10. They are a little thicker (a good thing) than the Tetra brand filters indicating that there is more stuff inside them to filter the water. I don't know why Tetra doesn't add zeolite in their filters, especially considering that they are more expensive than these filters are. They are great quality, and a great value, they definitely clean the water because I tested it with a test kit and this filter lowered my nitrate levels, which I was having a problem with.

I have a turtle/fish tank which I just added a piece of wood to for added fish hiding spots. The wood continues to leach and color the water (no harm to the inhabitants). I am using more filters as I remove and refresh the water and the filters soak up the color. These are the same size and fit as the others I have bought on Amazon, with the same carbon filter filling. Picture for size, I'll add to it when I pull these for replacement.
