Well, these are very large silver weights! I’m sure they would do a great job on curtains with fixed rod. My rod outside is a tension rod and if I put all of these weights on, the rod would have fallen so I returned! They are definitely hefty!

I've been using these weights to hold down the tarp over my storage shed, and they’ve been doing a great job. The clamps on each weight grip well, so I don’t have to worry about the tarp shifting or blowing away. I’ve been using them for a while now, and I haven’t had any problems at all. They’re reliable and do exactly what I need them to do.

Hanging these on a room-dividing curtain and it doesn't move. They almost weigh too much! This would be great for outside.
