Cord is elastic. Cordlocks are decent but too large for the supplied cord

I wish I had known about these sooner! I have several really nice hats that I don't want any band or elastic on but there are windy days when it's really needed. In the past, I have cut my hats and put a scarf through to be able to tie under my chin. These elastics work perfectly and do much less damage when connecting them to the hat (most of my hats are woven so there's no damage whatsoever).

The hat strap works fine, but it is short and cord is very thin.
