This product is a quick fix for a broken mini blind. I had to cut it so it fit around the string. I’m not sure how they send a little piece with a hole in it. You would have to undo the entire mini blind to fit it in there, which doesn’t make any sense to me. I just cut a little notch and fit it around the string and it still works. You could do a patch or two on one mini blind, however, if you put too many, it’ll look super junkie. I’ll use these in the back windows where no one will really see it and it’s covered by curtains anyway but it is a good cheap fix versus comparing and replacing the entire mini blind.

My cats have damaged so many slats on my blinds that I've used so many of these repair tabs that there's very little original blind left in some places! They're simple, they're effective, you don't notice them when they're fitted and they're cat proof! What's not to like?
