Had a chip in plastic around base doesn’t really float lays there sideways .to big of a hassle to exchange with my busy schedule..( my loss )

This product is a piece of junk....does not float.....cord is to short. Big waist of money!!!

Product is OK. Court is way too short. Need an extension to put into the pond. Does not work that great only heats up water that is an inch away from the disc. disc does not float it sinks to the bottom of my pond

Description states a floating pond heater. It floated for like 6bhrs then sank to bottom of pond. USELESS

So far no ice has formed since I put the unit in my pond. BUT the unit doesn't float. Mostly nights lately have been under 30, several under 20. I have the cord propped so the unit is not resting on the bottom of the pond, so I hope the pond liner is safe. I'm confused tho as there is NO ice. Seems like there should have been some across from where the deicer is on the couple of 15 nights. Pond surface is 8'x10', and about 36"+ deep.

First of all it doesn’t float at all, it drops right to the bottom. There is no indicator light to show it is working. The thermostat doesn’t seem to work as advertised as it significantly warms the water in my 750 gallon pond.
