I bought another brand first but found it was so thick and I can't fit in the couplers. This one is perfect for it's great elasticity and making installation much easier.

Although the description says polyethylene, I believe this is vinyl tubing. It is more flexible, kinks less easily, can turn tighter corners, and holds tighter to fittings than the more rigid PE tubing.Whatever it is, THIS is the kind you want. You don't need to soak it or heat it to make it work, though this will make it temporarily more pliable. This will fit onto standard barbed fittings without any preparation, though. This is a huge time saver, and its elasticity means that it will grab those fittings and won't come loose like the other tubing does.

This item is too soft and when I turned the water on, the drips popped off. I had to replace the lines with Rainbird.UPDATE - As I stated, the drip is way too soft and nymerous times I have went outside only to find a "leak" and discover that the drip had come off the dripper. To make matters even worse, I believe the drip is also made using peanut oil and because of that, the squirrels love to dig and chew on it. I completely understand that the price is good but if you want to save yourself time and headaches, buy the Rainbird. brand please.
