This set is a good buy if you are wanting something different than the usual. I used to wear these on my nails in the 90's. They add the whimsical you're looking for.

I bought this kit mainly for the various sizes of loops you get to use with my butterfly charms. The tools were a bonus. The piercing tool screws backwards, but works fine. I didn't have much use for the tweezers, but the pliers were absolutely necessary and worked perfectly.
