Base is solid but the dome s rather flimsy. The price is less than some available. But the dome’s sides have a bit too much “give”.

I ordered these because years ago I got trays from this maker and they were very sturdy, excellent quality for the price. The current version, not so much. It’s not the same thickness, still, I’d say they’re medium level trays and should serve well if taken care of. Also, this set arrived with a few vent hole caps missing, but I contacted the company and they sent them to me right away. I was pleased, very responsive.

These trays with lids are great. The lids fit the trays nicely. They keep the heat in and water the plants front the moisture it creates. They arrived fast, I would buy these again from this seller.

Missing parts. The people who fulfilled the order don't know what they're shipping. Each dome needs two humidity control widgets. They shipped one per dome, leaving only two out of five domes functional.

Great value for the price. These trays, domes and pots are nice and sturdy. I see them lasting many growing seasons. I lift these trays, loaded all the time without worrying about bowing. The domes aren't airtight but they retain moisture well. Very pleased with these.

With the higher dome, these are great for uppotting the seedlings. We use a different setup for starting seeds to save space, but these domed 1020 trays with the added height allow the seedlings to get bigger before transplanting. They’re also great for propagation. To do so, we snip the stem, add some growth hormone, place into rockwool plug and place in the tray with some water. They’re sturdy enough to place grow lights directly on the domes. But the trays aren’t as thick as some from bootstrap farmers. Functional domes interlock well with trays to keep in humidity. Great value for the price.

These are sturdy and work great for starting seeds. I have ordered them two different times, and the quality was consistent.
