We have mounted this heater on the ceiling of our outdoor porch. It gives off so much heat. It has two levels and a remote.

I cannot say enough good things about this product, it has exceeded my expectations. The installation was easy and it provides great coverage on my patio. Please be aware though that there is quieter a bit f heat that rises from the unit so be careful what is above it.

I like having over 10,000 Btu in one unit attached to the ceiling-not taking up the floor space that 2 1500 watt heaters would occupy. It has a timer that can be set at one hour increments up to 24 hours. If the bulb is damaged a replacement bulb can be installed by the mfg. or it's service agent. I have only been able to use the infrared heater since Jan. 12, 2024 after hiring an electrician to install the 240v breaker and receptacle. But so far so good! Thanks to everyone for their expertise in creating this product.

Very impressed on this 240V Heater.We installed it in our 2 car garage. We first installed the brackets and and tested the heater attachment to the bracket backed by a 2x4 long piece of wood. To ensure it is easy to hang after we install the 2x4 into the ceiling studs. IT is must easier if you back the brackets with a long 2x4 wood.So far it puts out some hot heat. I am glad we put the 2x4 backing as it gives it another 2inches from the ceiling. The heat is that strong. You need to use a fan to circulate.We had 11F to low 20F freezing hard freezer last week in TX. So I had to protect some items in the garage.Although the setting for heat was 17 or 27. We used both. YOu have a timer you can set up to 24hrs or a bit longer. Although I dont feel safe having something run that long. I gave it a 3-4 hrs timer span to shut off to cool down before I waited to turn it on again for precautions.The garage did get up to around 50Fs but I didnt expect it to warm it since outside was in low teens and windchills was lower. Im happy with the purchase and quality is great. I wish it wasnt so pricey I would have bought 2.Definitely recommend anyone looking for a garage heater. Maybe I might buy for our patio. Bc the 240V is strong heat. Remember you need to have a 240V plus before you buy this.Will upload photos later.

I recieved the heater yesterday and installed a 220 volt line for the plug in. I live in southern Arizona and our service panel is located on the exterior of our house in the patio area. So, it was easy to access power for the heater. When the sun goes down it cools off quickly. We tried it out last night and it made our staying out on the patio much more enjoyable. The temperature was 52 degrees with no wind. I am looking forward to using the heater and extending our time on the patio. I'm not sure how it will perform in windier conditions. I do have some sun shades that I can pull down to help with wind. Over all it is meeting or exceeding my expectations.

Compared to other heaters for that price it's a good heater, I do wish it was a little bit stronger. If you're not standing directly where it's pointing you're not going to feel the heat. I'm using it to heat my garage with a ceiling fan in it so overall it serves its purpose in there. I think I'm going to have to get another one now to get it to warm up a little bit faster since it is mostly a directional heat.

easy to assemble, well packaged, however it failed within 10 minutes of use. will return and try a better brand. heat output is OK for the price. i have a covered porch with curtains all around. as long as there is no strong wind or you have an enclosed space is a great heater if it doesnt fail.

I have an 18'x20' patio that is screened in with vinyl panels. Had an electrician run 3 independent 220v lines and installed 3 of these heaters. They work fantastic! Took the patio from 35 to 70 within an hour on the high setting. These will definitely help us make good use of our space all winter long.
