These wires speak “High Quality” as soon as I held them in my hands. Extra large (10 mm) isn’t just the insulation, the stainless steel wrap around wires, the rubber/plastic wrap that is under the silicone insulation- all of these components are what makes them 10mm thick. The ends are not just “stuck” onto the wire ends, they are crimped in a fashion that is more secure than other brands. I’ve had a set that I paid $100.00+ 9 years ago that are not as well as these are. The “Boots” are glued to the outter insulation, being 10mm thick I still got the “Heat shielded” slide on ends (I’m 67 with severe stage three rheumatoid arthritis) I don’t want to “Stuff Myself” under the hood of my 1994 K-2500 - These first class wires will last me as long as the truck will (both will probably outlive me) I live in the Backwoods of the Black Hills of Wyoming, population 45, I’m 75+ miles from town- When I tell folks that I’m converting my 1994 K-2500 ,8,600 lbs GVW to a “Old School” Holley 600 cfm and an Accel Stand Alone HEI Distributor from a 2” TBI and a computer controlled spark ignition system- I get very funny looks, if I were in better physical condition I’d be able to do this in a few days- the wires are the “Frosting on the Cake” I’ll know I’m almost done when I put them on- Thanks to Amazon for selling these top of line products, Big Thanks to Accel, Holley, General Motors and Royal Purple

For the quality and the price is good but you have to make adjustments on the boots a little bit too long they need to be a little bit shorter that goes on to the distributor cap and probably because it's made in China they have a different way of doing this !

Wire ends do not fit in retainer ring on older (1976, etc.) GM distributors.
