I bought a cheap knock off brand deburring tool awhile back that came with cutters that were decent but not great compared to the high quality ones my coworkers had. I ran through those cutters after a few months and needed to get new ones. Tried these out and boy do I regret it. They are duller than the cheap knock offs and don't glide along plastic edges very well. They're always skipping or getting caught on the protective film and ruining my cuts. I've gone through 4 in about 3 weeks where the ones that came with my cheap tool took me 3 or 4 months to go through 6. Do not recommend.

I took forever for these to arrive, and when they did I snapped the first blade on the first cut. I know how to use these and it completely sheared. The packaging had mandarin all over it and being Noga, I thought these were made in Israel. The one I was replacing was my favorite deburring blade profile. Buyer beware. Pretty sure these are a fake product.
