Great little feeders when they work but inconsistent customer service, had to replace parts. Ended up getting my own rubber washers and some large metal washers for leak free use. Still having issues with filling, but the good stainless steel cup design has been worth the trouble. Wish it was easier to reach out to seller.

Haven't put them to use yet but I'm missing 3 of the rubber washers. Disappointed but I need to use them so I won't be returning.

Rabbits immediately figured out how to use these and it gives me peace of mind that they can access fresh, clean water constantly. Easy to remove and clean. One rabbit thinks it is her toilet so I had to raise it up higher on the cage for her! 😂

These are so much better than the nipples I had before. Those wasted water every time a rabbit used them. Some of the rabbits just liked to cheek rub them. It rusted the floors of my cages. These work well and are easy to check function on. Ive had 10 installed for a couple months and they work and look great. The nipples looked terrible oxidizing in a matter of weeks (kwcages advised me to soak them in vinegar, like I have time to do that every month).Note: there are no instructions included. Look carefully through the included pieces before you begin installing! The clear rubber gaskets are easy to miss but, I presume, important. I used a tire valve and sm clamp to connect to a four gal bucket.
