Use & Care Instructions
- Low to medium heat is recommended. When cooking over an open flame, the flame should not exceed the bottom of the pan to avoid burning the pan.
- When using, put food or cooking oil before heating. Do not heat when the pot is empty to avoid damaging the surface of the pot and affecting its service life.
- Stay away from metal utensil in cooking as well as steel wools in cleaning;
- After cooking on it, leave it on the stove to cool down on it's own;
- Use High Heat Plastic or Wood utensils. Clean with soap, water, soft sponge and wipe with thin film of Oil;
- Use for most of stovetops, including induction stovetop. Low to medium heat is recommended. Safe temperature up to 356℉;
- Recommend hand washing for longer term use. Suitable for dishwasher at low temperature;

This could be great for stir fry, deep frying...sauces, anything really. Burgers even. Much sturdier looking and feeling than others I've bought.

Made fried rice with scrambled eggs made in the center. This dish usually creates quite a mess in the pan. With the special coating in this pan the eggs and rice slid out easily.

This is a pan and a pot all rolled into one.I made a pot of chili in it today and it was great. Non stick, you can fry in it and then use it as a pot to make chili I would recommend to anyone. Washes up beautifully and put a tiny bit of olive oil on a paper towel to season it. I do it just because but I don't think it's necessary. The lid fits well and washes up well also. I highly recommend 👌

I had been looking for a deep frying pan when I found this one, and I'm glad I found it. It is very deep, so I do not have to worry about spilling grease on the burner when I fry plantains or potatoes. This is an excellent product.

I bought this to use on an induction burner. Heats beautifully and evenly. Was a snap to wash up. Lovely granite finish.
