This appears to be a very well made, heavy duty pan. The non-stick coating works well and is very easy to clean. I like the weight of this pan (it's heavy) and the finish is excellent. The only concern that I have is that the handle on the lid can sometimes get pretty hot. I found that out the hard way (ouch!). Hence the 4 stars.

I bought this as a gift to myself during black Friday have been so happy with it. It is completely nonstick. I've really never had any issues with anything sticking. I've been able to cook a lot of different things in it and it's always an absolute ease to clean.

Ordered this to replace my other pans that have had similar issues. I've been told that the Ceramic's are the way to go as it doesn't have any PFOAS or other Teflon like materials. At first It worked out fine the pan out of the box was easy to clean and it did feel like it had a somewhat slippery surface. However, Within 1 month of use we started noticing items sticking to certain parts of the pan. It wasn't horrible but you can tell that there was issues with the pan itself. It would stick on the edges even if you've added a lot of oil. This product doesn't list any warranty or how to contact the manufacture so might want to go with another pan if you are concerned you'll run into that issue.
