Lost the original one that comes with my Sanyo Rice Cooker so I purchased this set as replacement. The bigger one is what I was looking for and smaller is really small, only 16 cm (6.125") in length. Made in Japan.

I make rice daily. These are the best scoopers I've ever had, period. You get two of diff sizes. The small, to shove rice on your seaweed, as sushi, or use for mini bowls like bento. The larger one is perfect size to scoop proper portions. Highly recommend, easy cleaning.

Product is thicker than expected and will not work for the purpose I had bought them for (scraping fresh rice noodles off of cheese cloth) but they would be fine for serving rice without scraping up your rice cooker. They are strong and seem to be good quality.

My husband and I hands down agree that this is the best rice paddle either of us have ever used. Ever. And this is coming from two Asians who grew up eating rice on a daily basis, and who still eat rice on a daily basis. Cooked rice, no matter what brand or type, does not stick to this paddle, ever ever ever. It's SO easy to clean, never have to soak it, unlike any other rice scooper/paddle/spoon whatever we've ever used in our lives. BUY IT. NOW.

Small enough to fit into my rice cooker holder. It is also textured so the rice doesn't stick as much to the paddle. It is sturdy and not flimsy at all.

Pro grade, made of a hard, slippery plastic with a dimpled surface that sticky rice does not stick to. These are in use in millions of homes throughout Asia, these are the real deal. I received two packages of two each (one larger and one smaller per package) so I received 4 paddles in total. Great value, but wondering what I'm going to do with the extra ones.
