After just a couple uses, coating comes off

The clasp should be larger. We use this to bake cakes. Dough gets into the seam between the side and bottom. Because the clasp is small, one can’t get separation between the two parts.

This is great and perfect size . I made a cake and absolutely did not stick.I love that it comes with a pre cut parchment paper to bake which makes it even easier to remove the cakeI also used it for bread and worked great. No leak and could be washed in the dishwasher
