The old tire was a royal pain to get off and I was ready to give up, thinking that to get it back on would be even harder. Turns out this slipped back on pretty easily, so I give it 5 stars! Pretty smooth tire though, its the only drawback...

With a little brute force (or some bike tire spoons), a pump, and a few minutes, you'll be up and running.-- TL/DR begin --Bare bones packaging with 'replacement tips' guide and two valve caps.I've replaced a few tires/inner tubes and these feel like an average quality product. The 45% nylon of the tire should provide some puncture protection but I'm partial to using 'slime' and a tire liner, since I live in an area with lots of thorns. The tire bead didn't grasp the rim well and I needed to center it, during inflation, to ensure everything lined up properly.-- TL/DR end --A solid, basic, wheel set that gets the job done.

When installed, item was exactly what I had hoped for. Tires and tubes held air perfectly, and allowed a happy four year old to ride this old childs bike as though it was new!

I use this on a Bag Boy golf cart with pneumatic tires. The tires themselves are a little more narrow than the tires (original) that they are replacing, but they are easy to mount with the supplied tool and my cart is rolling easier than it has in years. I should have replaced the tire a long time ago and didn't realize how badly the original tire had deteriorated.I did not use the enclosed tubes because I had originally planned on only replacing the tubes before I discovered how badly damaged the tire was, so I used the tubes with the angled metal stems that I'd already opened and prepped. I wouldn't have an issue with the enclosed tubes, but I haven't needed them yet.The recommended max PSI is 35, and it seems like that is spot-on for a golf cart application.
