Well enough made. Easy to use.The holes in the top and bottom vertical guides have about 1/16 inch clearance around the vertical slide-rod. So when the slide-rod is inserted into the socket to lock that side of the gate, slight movement of the gate causes the rod to move back and forth in the vertical guides, and make clacking sounds against the sides of the slightly over-sized holes in those guides. That's mildly aggravating.But overall, this is very useful hardware for achieving good functionality of a double gate.
