Ease of use, not ease of cleaning, auto shut off, 15 minutes is a little bit long to wait but ok, not noisy no steam out of it, 2 stages is big plus, a little bit high price

I absolutely love this 12-egg cooker! It’s so functional and makes cooking hard-boiled eggs a breeze. The 5-speed timing function is really helpful for customizing how you want your eggs cooked. I also love the auto shut-off feature, which ensures I don’t overcook them. It’s perfect for making large batches of eggs or even steaming vegetables. The double-layer design saves space, and it’s super easy to clean. It’s a total game-changer in my kitchen and has made meal prepping so much easier. Highly recommend!

I wasn't very happy with this although I had high hopes there are just to many small things wrong that add up to an unpleasant product.I just wanted to use it to hard boil eggs and apparently that is something that it doesn't really do well. First the instructions for eggs are confusing. The booklet that comes with it calls them steamed eggs, or at least I think that is what they were calling hard boiled eggs. The timing in the booklet say 15-20minutes but the timer on the actual device says "Hard boiled" 6-10 minutes which is wrong. I did my first set of eggs using that guideline and they came out soft boiled. I put them back and added another 10 minutes and they came out harder but still a little soft and the shell stuck to the eggs.Second it looks like it would hold 8 eggs per level but the 2 slots in the middle are to small to fit eggs in them. You can only put 6 eggs per level. The device also has guides on it for certain items and apparently one of them is "CORM", I'm pretty sure they meant Corn but apparently no one checked it before they made them.Lastly the piece that you are suppose to use to put water in the unit and to punch holes in the eggs before you hard boil them is plastic. I tried to push a hole in the egg and its not sharp enough and it just cracks the egg. I ended up using one of the metal ones I already had.I didn't try steaming anything else because at that point I was so disappointed with it that I just decided to keep my old one that actually hard boils eggs and get rid of this one.

I have a round, 14 egg cooker, 2-tiered and at this point, a little long in tooth. I looked to replace it with an equally compact and 1-touch egg cooker. Unfortunately, this did not fit the bill. The unit is very plastic, the speed and timer were totally incorrect and the process itself seems to take 2x the time and then you get a fairly firm, hard boiled egg, with yoke. There is a setting for CORM also. There are better out there and they start at around $17. Not a great product, lots of room for improvement.

This egg cooker works well and saves a lot of time from just boiling water on the stove. This cooks more eggs in way less time and I like how easy it is to use.

My wife and I love boiled eggs, and it's also a great way to cook up any remaining eggs when the expiration date is approaching. Normally I just boil the heck out of my eggs and call it a day. This little sucker though frees up a stove burner while cooking the eggs perfectly each time while being hands off. It isn't that cooking eggs the normal way is hard, this device just makes it that much easier to do.

This seems like what I needed to hard boil eggs. The directions could be much better and I was confused on times to get hard boiled eggs. I could only fit six eggs per steamer basket using Grade A large eggs. Not a big deal as you can still do a dozen. My biggest issue is that every single egg didn’t peel correctly and I lost at least a third of the twelve eggs I steamed to the peeling process. The speed and steam time did result in hard boiled eggs but I’ve used other smaller egg cookers where the eggs consistently and always peeled like a dream. I’m not sure I’ll keep this and will revert to my small one since it works better.

I looked forward to this yet am very disappointed by it. I got it out and tried it for the first time today. Read teh instructions, added some water and 6 eggs to it. It says 6 to 10 mins but I gave it 15 minutes. Let it do its thing and first thing I didnt like was no alarm to tell you its done. After 20 minutes or so went in the kitchen and seen it was done. Let th eggs sit for an additional few minutes then peeled one. It was warm and didnt peel worth a hoot. Left agg on all the shell pieces. And the center was very soft.Half an hour later I took two eggs and put them in cold water and tried to peel them. Same thing, egg wouldnt release from shell. Tried ever trick i know including swirling the egg in a bottle. Nope, can not get a decent peeled egg. And finally one of the eggs was raw in the middle. Not the yoke, the white was raw.Doubt if I will ever use it again for I find it a huge disappointment.
