Meet Woody, my resident roadrunner and the newest food critic in the neighborhood. He's been making daily appearances at my backdoor, and recently, he's developed a taste for something truly special: these dried crickets!Every morning, Woody peeks his head in the window, eagerly awaiting his high-protein snack. The 1/2 Pound Dried Crickets have become a staple in his diet, and let me tell you, he's one happy roadrunner. I've never seen him so enthusiastic about a treat before! These crickets are not only packed with protein but also seem to be incredibly tasty (at least according to Woody’s enthusiastic pecking). It's great to see him thriving and full of energy, sprinting around with a little extra pep in his step. Plus, knowing I'm providing a natural and nutritious treat makes me feel like a responsible wildlife host.If you have any feathered friends, backyard visitors, or even a quirky pet that needs a protein boost, these dried crickets are a must-have. Watching Woody enjoy his gourmet snack has become a daily highlight. Highly recommended for anyone looking to pamper their local wildlife with a top-notch treat!

These were supposed to be whole dried crickets. The plastic bag they came in was filled with dust, legs and a few heads. I bought them for my cockatiel, bulbul and parakeets as a treat by they can't pick up dust with their beaks. I usually buy them dried mealworms, but there's a bit of air in the bag (like potato chips)so the worms stay whole and don't get crushed. My birds love picking these up and munching on them. The crickets were jam packed into a small, tight bag with no air and then placed in a box with other small items, so they were crushed dust before ever getting packaged.

My turtles are too large to eat the normal turtle pebbles and as healthy as the vegetable pebbles are they really don’t like them. They love, I mean really love these crickets! As you can see in the photo I put these crickets in an automatic cat food feeder and it dispenses automatically while the app notifies me they are all fed.I will be buying more of these.

They're pretty dry, not much smell. It's a good size bag, because they don't weigh much, but..I like the flukers brand a lot, more expensive but they smell delicious, (if I was a bug eater).

We live in SW Utah and my wife loves to feed the Roadrunners (we have a bunch). The Roadrunners really seem to like the crickets so based on that, we are very happy with the purchase. We have purchased this multiple times in the past and will continue to do so.
