These are the springs and screws you always lose when swapping pickups. You try to compress a spring to mount the pickup, and SPROING! – it flies across the room and disappears. This kit gives you 12 more chances to get your pickups reinstalled before you have to run to the music or hardware store (and remember what size to buy).

These pickup mounting screws and springs work great as long as what you are trying to screw into is plastic. For metal pickups that I have tried, a different screw will be needed as these screws have too coarse of a thread. The springs work great, and these are fine replacements for a plastic bobbin, though mentioning that in the description would be cool.
