These are decent low output pickups. I measured 5k on the neck & middle, 5.5 on the bridge. The wires & bobbins seem good quality.

Easy install on my Squire Bullet, 2016 with an exacto knife. You might want to take a picture of the wires before work. I pulled out a ground and had to find a wiring diagram to get it right. Now, sounds like a much more expensive axe.

I bought this and was unable to use them without purchasing other pickup covers theirs were too thick and would not fit through the pickguard holes..... Pickups are fine just couldn't be used without spending more money.... I should have just returned them

I have bought and installed several inexpensive single coil Alnico 5 pickups from amazon. Lamsam, Artec, BLQZR, and these Maxcheer (really?). Like Musiclilly, obviously something is lost in translation. Anyway, I needed 2 alnico pickups for a Fender dou sonic reissue with cheap ceramics. My thought was what the hell you never know till you try it, and I'm glad I did. I put the neck and middle in for hum canceling, with a .05 ceramic disc cap.. and CTS pots. Viola! I was shocked at the chime and clarity. I now have to remove the Artec pickup from my Musicmaster so I can install this left over bridge pickup. These are Great sounding pickups!

Neck and the bridge sounds glorious! Don’t use the middle so can’t comment on that. Very nicely made, staggered posts. Sounds better than the fleur ones. Ten times better than the stock squier ones. Can’t beat it for the price.Edit: just played a Fender American Pro II and these pickups sounded better than those…. Just better characteristics and dynamics. Which is embarrassing for a $1,800 guitar.
