Theses clips are easy to open and close. They are loose enough they do not harm the stalks of my plants. If your stalker are bigger than 3/4 inch you may have an issue using them as you would run out of space along with the stake. Work well on vines (passion vine & Dutchmans pipevine. Also great for a branch that's a bit too heavy...holds it up perfectly.

These are a must have for gardeners. Easy to install and remove. Way better than trying to tie that silly garden tape around the branches, unless you are into that kind of thing. These are also quite sturdy.

Easy to use and cheap. They can hold up heavy plants even in high winds. I did have a couple that were broken and wouldn’t clip but 120 in the order was worth the price

I recently made the outdoor area and planted podocarpus in a narrow space, so I bought the medium size available wishing they grow to the height I desired. Some stems grew and are visibly higher but required support so it does not fall to the front. I used several of these clamps to attached the larger stems to others and worked perfectly, the best is that they are bearly noticeable and can be use outdoors without weathering.
