I purchase these instead of my usual twist tie for the garden. These were much easier and seemed to be better for the plants. Strong when latched and didn’t damage stems of fully loaded tomatoes. I found myself using them inside the greenhouse, in the garden and even inside with houseplants. Great product.

I've grown greenhouse tomatoes for years and train them up a piece of twine. These clips are designed to grasp the twine tight and clip around the plant's stem to support them and hold them in place so they grow vertically. They do a great job of that, the only tricky part is learning how and where to put the twine before closing the clip so that it grabs the twine, but that comes quickly if you pay attention.I use them for quite a few other things around the garden as well. They also work for cucumber vines you want to support, and I use them for tying grape and blackberry canes to trellises.One nice thing about these is that they are reusable, just press down on the tab and they pop open, so at the end of the year just remove them and save them for next year. I typically get 2-3 years of use out of them before they get brittle and break, certainly a good value for the price.I've bought many sets of these over the years from many sources and they've all seemed extremely similar. I shop by price these days and this set was a very good value.

I ordered these plant clips because for the first time, I planted a garden this summer using grow bags. To my delight, my tomato plants are big and full of flowers and baby tomatoes! I put cages on them, but the branches that are full of baby tomatoes are heavy enough to droop and sag. These clips work perfectly to combat that problem! I have clipped some of the branches up to the thicker parts of the stems, and clipped others to the wires of the metal cage. They're easy to snap on, even considering I have arthritis in my hands. The bag of 300 is an excellent value for the price, they're very inexpensive! I will definitely order this again.
