These work great!!! I have been using the same ones for about 8 months and the rugs are still snug to the floor.

These rug grips are actually double sided tape, but not the clear tape that you have to poor a gallon of oil to get it off your floor. They come in triangle shapes, and you can cut them to whatever size you need. They are safe for the rug and your floors. I highly recommend this product, and will purchase again.

Wording led me to believe it would work as a carpet tape for area rugs and it doesn't. I bought it to secure my small rug to my carpet so it doesn't lift in the corners. Disappointed. Regardless what the wording says, it does not work RUG to RUG.

These DO work. However, be aware that if you order them, you're not going to get what is pictured. Instead, you're going to get clear strips (and you have to figure out how to line them up so that they make a corner). The first set I got were as pictured, and have held my bathroom rug in place quite well for two years now. I have NOT tested washing the rug with the corners on them--and though it does say they are "removable," when I peeled them off, one corner of the rug got damaged as it pulled threads right through the backing. But, if you want something that keeps your rug from moving, they work, whether you end up with the corners OR the newer strips.

I wasn't expecting these to literally STICK to the floor. One side has adhesive to attach to the underside of the rug, the other side has a sticky gel surface... similar to a gel window cling. However, its stickiness is MAXIMUM power. It definitely keeps the rug in place, I'm just concerned that it might cause damage/discoloration to my floor. I will keep an eye on it.

I got these so my rugs on carpet and floors stop sliding. It works on both forms! For putting a rug on top of a rug and using these, I would suggest not peeling off the floor side. It works very well with that thin plastic on and I don't have to worry about the adhesion sticking on the carpet. Also holds down the corner even though there isn't much weight to these things
