This is a very good quality tuning fork with a strong frequency sound. I don't use this for tuning, but for the relaxing sound the fork gives off. It calms me during my meditation sessions. The vibrations from the fork also feel good on muscles after a workout, if you know the correct placement of the tuning fork (there are videos online). There are also possible health benefits associated with 128 hz that you can read about. The quality of the rubber hammer is really good too. I could see this tool being utilized by a physical therapist or an avid gymshark interested in alternative recovery methods. The kit also comes with a bag so it is easy to store.

Background: I recently got RSV and it has made me cough for the past 4 weeks.When I got this in and tried it in produced a low hum. I held it a half inch over my chest and noticed I did not cough as much. Now, I strike this thing for hours because coughing is annoying.I got a headache today and did the same thing. The headache left me within a few minutes.While it produces a healing affect, it also allows me to relax. This is a very basic and affordable tuning fork. You get the tuning fork itself, and adjustment hex wrench, and a rubber ball mallet for striking. It works very well, has a very clean resounding tone. It's small enough to be convenient for traveling and comes also with a storage pouch.Overall very happy with this purchase, exactly what I expected to receive.

Easy to use, non invasive and very calming. I have used this tuning fork on top of tense muscles and it seems to help remove some tension. (I wonder if it is similar to the TENS unit but instead of electrical current this fork causes gentle vibrations?! ) However, I wish the handle was a little longer for a better grip and that there were more suggestions/instructions on how to use it. 4 1/2 stars

This is a well bit unit which does emit some nice vibrations. I like how it can be adjusted to change the frequencies that it emits. It starts at 128hz but that can be changed. It comes with a draw string bag and “hammer” tapper. So far I am happy with this.

I used this as part of my relaxation therapy. The material composition is sturdy and can withstand daily usage. It was easy to use but the vibration doesn't last long so I have to constantly activate the fork. There is an activator and bag that came with it.

Very happy with this tuning fork. The fork is super easy to use. The sound quality is fantastic. This tuning fork has the frequency slides to adjust the sound, to find a good frequency for the body. I have started getting into sound bathing, and this fork works perfectly for it. Very easy to use, lightweight, and quality made.

My Yoga teacher uses singing bowls to achieve a vibration during our relaxation period at the end of our Yoga lesson. I already have a small singing bowl and found the vibrations and hum relaxing, so when I saw this tuning fork, I thought I would try it, too. The set is very nice and comes with an aluminum alloy 128 Hz tuning fork, reflex hammer, adjusting tool, drawstring fabric bag, basic instructions, and a cleaning cloth. The sturdy cardboard flap lid can also be used for storage. I could definitely feel the vibrations in my chest area. Will need to read more about this relaxation tool, but so far, I am impressed by the quality for a very reasonable price. The company does offer additional types of turning forks and appears that they do specialize in making this product.
