The piece with the magnet works well. I like that you can push it to open and shut or simply pull it open or shut without pushing. But the screws are absolute crap. I've installed five of these and three of the screws broke. Had to work really hard with some pliers to unscrew them out of the wood. If you decide to buy these, I highly recommend buying better quality screws separately.

These are as good as expected. The magnet is smaller so it’s not a very powerful magnet. It does it’s job tho, and holds the doors closed.

I've used these types of latches for rv/van cabinets. Latch is hidden and no need for a knob or pull. Decent price for set of 12. Durable but won't take a major blow.
